2.I'm confused about the Charging Info. After charging my hand control for 3 hours, there's still no light. Is it broken?During charging, the charger's light turns red and green when fully charged. The hand controller's light itself remains off during or after charging. To check the battery, press "UP" or "DOWN" on the controller; the light indicates the battery level.

If I use the chair lift mainly for emergencies and not frequently, how often should I charge the hand controller?The charging speed varies depending on the device and the power output supported by the dock.
